Meet The Chef

Joshua Fleagle has been professionally cooking for over 25 years. He has been the Executive Chef of various restaurants on St. Thomas, has worked in professional kitchens across the country including Washington, DC; New Orleans, LA, Los Angeles, CA; and now currently back in the US Virgin Islands.

Josh has cooked in some of the best restaurants in New Orleans winning gold and silver medals at the New Orleans Wine and Food Experience (NOWFE) events; assisted his Executive Chef at the James Beard House in NYC; prepared tastings for the Inauguration Dinner in 2004 and has prepared meals for local chefs and celebrities alike.

Whether you’re looking for an intimate four course dinner for two, an in-home cooking class party or a catered day on the water for twenty, Josh can assist in your culinary needs.

Culinary styles include but are not limited to Contemporary American, French, Italian, Cajun/Creole, Asian, Comfort Food, Caribbean, Southern Style-Low Country Cuisine, Californian, Vegetarian, Vegan and Gluten-Free/Specialty diets. All meals are prepared with the freshest ingredients, locally sourced when available.
